We started offering Field Days in 2017 for teams over at Nordstrom Product Group (NPG) to help them go deeper into the principles. We were blown away that spending a full day studying the principles with us could have such a great impact on all involved.
In 2022, we started doing 2-day Field Days with CFS to great success. This allowed us to go even deeper into the principles by offering the Pressure Cooker, deep dives into our habits, and free time to observe flow, work through a real problem, brainstorm next steps, or anything else that might be helpful.

Basecampers leave with deep understanding of the principles. This 2-day event acts as a springboard for teams & leaders to solve their own problems when they go home.

Groups that get the most out of the Basecamp know what they want to learn and watch the videos in the learning tab. These groups are often curious, humble, and ask a lot of questions.
