Welcome to Gabe Day

Who are we?

Truth Bit Pull exists to help people experience joy at work. We have been inspiring people from all of the world to do just that through these tours for over 15 years. In 2016, we met our mutual friend Gabe Rocha and immediately hit it off.

Common Questions

  • Gabe visited us with his former employer, Bellevue Presbyterian Church, in 2016 shortly after moving up to Washington State from California. Our shared worldview drew us together and we have stayed in touch over the years.

What is Gabe Day? It is a special waste tour where Gabe will be in attendance to share in the experience.

  • Truth Bit Pull is our simplification of what we have learned from Kaizen, lean tools, and The Toyota Way. Truth Bit Pull is the antidote to the 7 wastes and the guiding principles that we practice and teach.

  • We have learned that these principles apply to every industry, not just manufacturing. We have observed good fruit from health care, fashion design, hospitality, and even government agencies. When guests share their experiences of applying what they’ve learned with us, we receive optimistic feedback of transformation occurring within teams and organizations; often with the request for more information and training.

  • We have found a strong correlation between waste and stress. Through scientific research, we know that long periods of stress can lead to many personal health, relationship, and community consequences. For us, this is not a business question, but a moral one.

  • To go deeper on the 7 wastes, we recommend coming for a Field Day or subscribing to kaaspass, our virtual subscription.
