Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions

BY PURCHASING, ACCEPTING, OR USING THIS TICKET, THE TICKET HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES AS FOLLOWS: This ticket grants a revocable license to enter the premises of TruthBitPull Consulting LLC (the “Company”) solely to attend the event identified on ticket holder’s ticket, which may include multi-day events (the “Event”). The ticket holder understands that attending the Event and accessing the Company’s property related thereto involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards that cannot be eliminated. These include, without limitation, risks from walking on uneven, wet, or slippery surfaces, indoor and outdoor terrain, stairs, vehicles, equipment, machinery, and other structures or objects on the property; weather conditions; crowds; the acts or omissions of other attendees and third parties; and other conditions, whether foreseeable or not, that may result in illness, personal injury, death, or property damage or loss.

THE TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT, and hereby agrees that as a condition of their entry to the Event, ticket holder shall execute and return to the Company the Company’s then-current form of waiver and release agreement.

To the extent the ticket holder is a part of an entity group that has purchased bulk tickets, these terms shall apply to each person receiving a ticket through such entity to access the Event. These terms and the purchase, acceptance, or use of a ticket shall not alter, amend, modify, or negate any agreement between the Company and such entity, if applicable.

While on the Company’s property, the ticket holder agrees to comply with all policies, procedures, rules, and directions of the Company, as in effect from time to time, including any signage, safety instructions, restricted-area designations, and instructions given by Company personnel or security. The ticket holder further agrees to remain with the designated tour group and to stay within designated areas unless authorized otherwise. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the premises, any person who fails to comply with these terms or whose conduct the Company, in its sole discretion, deems unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund or other compensation.
