Back by popular demand, we are highlighting our Admin Flow Line. This is the flow line where we run our order entry, Accounts Payable (AP), and Planning flow lines.
Why should I go? Unfortunately, many people think that these principles only apply to physical product. However, for years, we have figured out a way to apply this in our admin world. Perfect for KaasPass members who are not on a typical “production” line.
Why does kaas operate this way? We have learned that working in flow allows us to have higher quality, a safer work environment, shorter lead times, and more joy at work.
