This 1-hour experience is a behind-the-scenes look at Kaas Tailored—our culture, products, and the people who make it all happen. You'll hear from a variety of team members as we share what we do and why we love doing it.
We offer these tours to give friends and family a glimpse into our daily work and to share our passion for our employees, continuous improvement, and quality. Kaas Tailored exists to Shine Our Light, and part of that mission is sharing it with our community.

There is a maximum of 8 people allowed on the tour.
Prerequisites
These tours must be pre-arranged with HR and approved by the team member.
What should I wear?
We will be in the Kaas Factory. Please dress comfortably, especially shoes you can walk in. Jeans & sneakers are great choices.
What should I bring?
A learning mindset and a note-taking device of your choice, such as a notepad/pen, iPad, phone, or camera.

We welcome guests of all ages as long as minors are accompanied by an adult.

Stick with a tour guide
We keep your loved one safe every day and will do the same for you! Please avoid touching machines or products without permission from your tour guide.

Is there any prework?
We recognize that everyone’s method of preparing for a tour is different, so here are a few optional steps to consider:

Our host facility, Kaas Tailored, manufactures high-mix, low-volume contract furniture.

We created 5 short videos outlining the basics of Continuous Improvement. Start with the first one on the 7 wastes.
