A 4 hour introduction to SUSTAINABLE Kaizen and Continuous Improvement as a culture, presented by a variety of Kaas colleagues. Ideal for teams and organizations to get a practical understanding of how these principles in action might impact their world.
Expected outcomes:
The Waste Tour was designed so that our guests leave with more awareness of the 7 wastes and the impact that they have on their psychological, physical, and emotional well-being. This has the power to motivate people to go back home and look for waste within their work or home life. Some leave inspired to transform their organization to move to flow. Occasionally our guests will find despair when they leave kaas and go back into their normal life.

Waste Tour Theme:
The Integration section of the business takes our designs and loads it into our system so that we can profitably produce it in our Build section and includes Purchasing, Quality, Materials Management, IT, and Maintenance. This tour will be featuring hosts from our Integration section who are excited to share what they have been learning.
